The Roger & Michele Dedeaux Engemann Student Health Center at USC is a 6-story structural steel frame, metal deck academic building used for student health. The building façade consists of precast, whole brick, with punched windows and a mansard roof. It also features a methane mitigation system that vents vertically through the building. The new facility houses offices, clinic and lab space, an IT/server room, and expansion space, as well as space to function as emergency and evacuation facilities. Hathaway Dinwiddie’s work for USC’s Student Health Center also included associated site work and landscaping.
