Emerson College – Los Angeles Center

Hathaway Dinwiddie completed Emerson College’s Los Angeles campus building designed by world-renowned architect Thom Mayne of Morphosis. The 10-story square frame with two residential towers bridged by a multi-use platform is prominently located on Sunset Boulevard in Hollywood. With multi-level terraces and a central flexible outdoor room, the mixed use building brings the diversity of the campus into one urban site with residence halls, special instructional classrooms, offices, retail space and parking. The entire building also functions as a stage for screenings, student films and industry events.

Emerson College is LEED Gold certified.
