Santa Clara Gateway

The Santa Clara Gateway campus was a 2-phase project consisting of four new 5-story and two new 6-story buildings. The complex provides Silicon Valley with over 900,000 SF of Class A office space with resort style courtyards designed to accommodate the mobile workplace.

High end interior finishes to the lobbies included Anegre wood wall paneling, granite floors and walls, and stainless steel interior storefront suite entrances. Extensive landscaping, shade structures, seating areas and surface parking for 3215 cars were also part of the project.

Santa Clara Gateway is LEED Gold certified.
