The Clift Royal Sonesta Hotel Renovation

Complete renovation of the historic hotel including public spaces, 372 guestrooms and creation of a new rooftop Spanish Suite on top of an existing 17-story hotel. Work includes the expansion of the guest restrooms and new guestroom finishes. Public area renovations include the Lobby and Mezzanine areas and installation of new lobby restrooms.
