Claremont Hotel Renovation

The 159,000 sqft complete hotel renovation of the historic Claremont Spa and Resort consisted of a new hotel lobby, restaurant and 278 guestrooms. Passenger elevators were modernized and guestroom HVAC systems were upgraded. Phased work areas allowed the hotel to remain open during construction.
