The Britannia Oyster Point project is the 2-phase construction of a biopharmaceutical research and development campus on 22 acres in South San Francisco. Hathaway Dinwiddie’s work on the campus consisted of both core and cold shell, and interior build out.
Phase 1 features seven 3 and 4-story steel frame buildings, as well as site development and a 6-level parking garage.
Phase 2 features two 4-story and one 3-story buildings over 2-levels of underground parking.
