Vermont Corridor Department of Mental Health Building

6th and Vermont is a 13-story Class-A office building over a 9-story 1,200 car parking structure and a new 8-story, 600 car parking structure for County of Los Angeles, Department of Mental Health. Project includes retail with prominent entries to activate the site and to create a detailed architectural element visual from the street, while providing amenities for the building users and incoming street traffic. An indoor-outdoor Terrace designed to capitalize on views provide flexible meeting space, and supporting wellness. Project is designed to attain LEED Silver.
