Hathaway Dinwiddie also completed the life science tenant build-out for one building. Located in the Mission Bay neighborhood, the project features a large park and open space area, with a 1-acre courtyard showcasing public art.
In 2008, 409/499 Illinois Street was recognized as the Best New Lab Building of the Year by the San Francisco Business Times.
