350 Bush Street

This new downtown San Francisco high-rise is a 20-story tower with 18 floors of office space, a lobby level and roof terrace, and a 2-level subgrade parking structure. It will provide 360,000 SF of office space and a mid-block pedestrian link between Bush and Pine Streets. 350 Bush is a historical renovation of the original San Francisco Mining Exchange Building, built in 1923.

350 Bush will be LEED Gold certified.
