3161 Park Place

3161 Park Place is a 20-story, 600,000 sqft, Class A high rise building. The ground up project included construction of 19 floors of office space with a top floor penthouse, as well as an 8 and 5-story parking structure. Hathaway Dinwiddie completed the associated sitework with substantial lush landscaping as well.
