On Vine

The On Vine project redeveloped an entire city block on Vine Street (3.5-acre site), consisting of the demolition of existing structures, construction of a three-level subterranean concrete parking garage (987 stalls, 423,000 sqft) under a partial open air landscaped structural podium deck. The project also included 307,000 sqft of core and shell buildings, consisting of a five-story and a six-story concrete frame office buildings, a two-story and a one-story retail space buildings, and core and shell for a 165-seat high performance theater. The project also aims to build a bridge between the freestanding six and five-story office buildings.

The On Vine project is certified LEED Gold.
